CUSTOM DESIGN
This fee is applicable for custom design work. If you are looking for a totally unique piece that has been lovingly crafted just for your exclusive use, then this forms a fee for service to provide you with your design ready to cut.
Once you pay the fee through the checkout, our designer will contact you asking for as much information as you can provide about what your vision is for your design. From there they will develop your idea into a design and you get 3 rounds of changes to finalize the proof. So please be very clear and as specific as possible if you have a particular idea in mind. Our designers love challenges and also love to be let loose creatively, its totally your choice.
It can take us hours of work to perfect your design, and your design work is done by our Australian designers. If your design turns out to be a very simple request, we may offer a portion of your design fee back as a voucher towards the purchase of your cut design.
