After going through so many businesses and either not getting any responses and being told that they couldn’t do the design we wanted, we came across Hot Cut. They responded to all our emails promptly and ensured we were 100% happy with the final design. Despite our constant request for small changes, we never once felt it was a bother. Hot Cut provided exactly what I wanted as a retirement gift for my husband. he has retired from the fire brigade, and they did an excellent job, I sent a photo of an old hydrant and the wording I required, they provided a proof and after approval took very little time with the final product, my husband loved the gift as has everyone who has seen it. the cost was also very reasonable. This has all be done via e-mail and many thanks to Anthony and the team at hot cut. I would highly recommend them.

I had a complete custom size done by Hot cut laser without any hassle at all. Customer service was fantastic and my requested size with extra added holes for standoffs was done without any hesitation. Great price also! Will be back for all my future acrylic purchases!
2 weeks ago I called in to pick up an item that my partner had ordered. While I was there a saw a big gold engagement ring. I asked the boys if I could order 1 and paid for it. 2 days later I get a message saying that it was ready to be picked up. The workmanship on it was fantastic and when I gave it to my partner ( with a real ring also.) I was the best fiancé ever. Thanks guys so much.
I contacted Hot Cut through Facebook and received a reply very quickly. I only had a line art drawing and Brenton and his team were able to product an amazing proof suitable for their machines and at an amazing price. I have/would highly recommend and will order from them again.

We were very happy with the laser cut of our design but very disappointed with the workmanship of the backing. We wanted ready for mounting but had to re do the backing for mounting ourselves.

We were very happy with the laser cut of our design but very disappointed with the workmanship of the backing. We wanted ready for mounting but had to re do the backing for mounting ourselves.

The product was great. Good quality metal. The only suggestion I would make is to communicate a bit clearer with the customer. Time was hard to judge as it was over Christmas and the owner was celebrating a new birth but I’d like to hear when the order is due or how long it was going to be.

Quality and design of sign are fantastic will last forever. Delivery was a lot slower than quoted and layout could be better. we got 2400×1200 (full sheet) as our logo couldnt be stretched out without compromising there is a lot of blank space on sides.would have been better to drop to 1800×1200

I was a bit disappointed with the size, as the flower spike took a fair amount of the total size. I guess it was my fault, but I’m thinking I should have gone twice as big.
