⚠ Important Note about Live Preview
We developed the Live Preview to assist with name placements. It is a rough guide to the look of your tree but is only a quick mock up based on the available data in our system. As such;
- This preview only works for “In Numbered Places I have Chosen”. If you choose, “Let the Designer Decide”, our design team will place the names evenly on the tree when we design your product.
- If you see a name that looks different to all the rest, that is because we have not yet processed that name. As the artwork for that name does not exist yet, the automated system has placed some text in that spot so you can see where the name will go, it will not be cut like that. The proper name artwork will be developed by our design team when we process your order.

Was a gift for my mums bday. It arrived promptly. Unfortunately it was damaged upon arrival the corner had chipped so we didn’t have time to replace it so we had to give it damaged managed to colourin the bottom corner. Also I put pets in so I put paw prints next to their names I thought it would look sweet and as its laser cut I didn’t think it would be an issue, a few days in I received an email saying my order had been adapted but I didn’t know what was being changed, upon arrival I realised the paws had been removed not really a big deal. As it was a gift as stated I didn’t have time to contact you but maybe for the future put something on the delicate corners to save it from breaking
