Hot Cut Laser doesn’t just cater for the direct to retail market. We also offer our services to other manufacturing and fabrication shops. Equipped with a brand new 6kW Bodor Fibre Laser, several CO2 lasers and a galvo engraver, we can provide most cutting services required by businesses in the manufacturing, fabrication and signage industry.
Centrally located in Woodville, we can quickly design and cut your parts and have them to you when required. We provide free quotes, and are obligation free.

– Mild Steel – Up to 16mm regularly, whilst we can theoretically cut to 25mm.
– Stainless Steel – Economical up to 6mm

– Can also cut other non-ferrous customer supplied materials such as copper or brass
Twin Head 180w CO2 Lasers x3
– Max Sheet Size: 900×1200
– Economical Sheet size: 800×1200
– MDF and PLY up to 12mm
– Acrylic up to 10mm
In house powder coating options available up to 1200×1200 with our batch oven. Perfect for small runs. Or we have our partners who can handle any powder coating requirements.
